Zero Waste Easter School Holidays Kids’ Activity
Friday 12th April 11am
Omega & Neil Perry Kitchen, Prahran Market
Zero Waste Victoria brings you Kids’ Easter ‘Egg’ Crafting Sessions with a fresh twist! Come for some decorating fun with fresh feijoa – a healthy, waste-free (and oval-shaped) alternative to eggs. Using bamboo toothpicks, kids will get the chance to decorate their feijoa ‘eggs’ in whichever way they choose. At the end of the workshop, kids can strike a pose with their masterpieces before scooping into their newly-decorated, well-earned snack – yum! At the same time, we will also be showing you how to blow and dye eggs at home using food scraps, like onion skins and beetroot, as well as how the leftovers can be used to make a delicious scrambled dish. It’s free but be quick to book in your spot here!
